HIV Test Results Interpretation. What is the risk? Need Advice.

Hi, I took an HIV test yesterday which was as follows:

HIV ELISA
(MEIA/CMIA)

HIV COMBO                                                          : NON Reactive (0.196)                             NON REACTIVE :
(p24AG, HIV1Ab, HIV2Ab)                                                                                          Less than or equal to 1.0 Index

That was my result. I asked a doctor there and was told that it is a negative result.

Now to my exposure history, I have been involved in mutual masturbation and oral sex using a condom with csw over the past year. I had the last one less than 4 weeks ago and the one before that is over 3 months today, which was around last September. I have had foreplay, kissing, hugging, touching of genitals, along with masturbation & oral sex with a condom. There was oral sex about 4 times with the last one less than 4 weeks. I was worried about the disease and decided to get tested.
It's just that the csw might have probably had a STI or even HIV at a point when I visited them. It is really worrying me about the diseases that can happen from this. What other tests should I go through?
I read posts and know that 3 months is definite and conclusive for non reactive test result. So the ones I had until last September have been negative. Isnt it?

Also can you get HIV from the saliva that is left on the condom from oral sex and continue masturbation. Or any other disease? What tests would help me determine the stds I can get in this kind of contact?

For my symptoms now, I have a sore throat and something like a flu where I'm feeling sleepy/drowsy sometimes. Something that happens when you are going to fall ill. Feel a mild fever and headache. What is it? What should I do from here?

Please advice me. I had almost broken down at the non reactive result and thought I might be developing the virus. Please help. Thank you to the entire community and the experts.

Educate yourself. You can't get HIV from oral or touching or all of America would be infected. You can only get it from unprotected anal or vaginal which you didn't have so you have been wasting your time taking HIV tests.

You have to go to the std forum to check on std. Likely you have a flu just like everyone else gets 3 times a year so your symptoms are not of interest to an HIV doctor.

I will go to the std forum and post the queries. Sorry I wasn't aware of it.
Thank You for the response
