HIV Test Results from LabCorp

I had a protected contact with a female, whose status I do not know. I got nervous and got tested for HIV. I took the HIV PCR test at 14 day and 28 days after contact and both were negative for viral load. I then took the HIV Elisa test at 12 weeks and it is negative too. I don't think I have experienced any symptoms per se. Is LabCorp a reliable place to get these tests done at? Should I feel pretty confident that I do not have HIV? I have not had any other contacts since this last one.

Thanks

You had protected intercourse and have obtained a CONCLUSIVE NEGATIVE test at 12 weeks. Seek professional help if your unwarranted HIV anxieties persist.

Why would you think you had HIV when you had a protected encounter? The reason why condom use is recommended is because proper use of condoms do not transmit STD's and HIV.
