HIV Test Sensitivity

For HIV antibody test, I know that there is a 12-week window period. If I got tested 11 weeks after having sex, what is the test accuracy?

was the sex protected or unprotected and 11 week test shall be good as over 97% people develop the antibodies by 8th week and many source consider the 8 week test to be conclusive but i understand the fear as my test was just 2 hours less then 12 week and i was worried and tested again the result remained the same ...
it was negative all the two test

Thank you for your reply. no not the same question. I got tested in the past, before i was engaged in the activities i mentioned in my previous question. and after taking the test at week 11, i didn't take another test
