HIV Test accuracy

I had an anal intercourse with a lady whose health status is not know to me, this has happended almost 1 and half year back, i had unprocted few short at the opening of the anal and i egulcated.  I had gone for an hiv test couple of days back and the results where as follows.

Dections of Human anti hiv 1 & 2 in scrum

Test Result                 level count

Negative.                     0.39

There we some interpreation as follows.

up to 9 negaive
9 to 1 broderline
1 and above reactive

what all this means

what is the level counts means 0.39 will this keeps increasing or what i am very much worred even after geting negative please help me out, i many question further based on answer i receive please help me out
