HIV Tested scared

I have had unprotected sex with a woman november 13 night and 14 morning, and ever since have had the worst feelings about it and wether or not i may have received an std from her. i have gone to get tested for all of the std's....i think and so far mono gonorrhea chlamydia herpes have came back negative. i stated to get symptoms: sore and swollen lymph nodes, enlarged spleen (makes my false rib sore),  an ear infection among others. ive been told that mentally you can make yourself sick and am skeptic as to wether or not this is the cause of my feelings. with all of this comes anxiety and stress. ive asked the woman if she was "clean" and she had said yes. this is why im confused am i just over reacting or have i got something that i dont want? ive been going to get tested for the past 2 months now and the first hiv test came back negative. since then have taken two more but i am not out of what is known as the primary infection within the 3 months that it may take to show up. i am circumsized and have read that there is a reduced risk but nevertheless still a risk. are these symptoms common? are medications needed to assist with the virus free? i just need some real knowledge and guidence. also does a PAP test screen for such viruses?
