HIV Testing Periods

Hello - I know that an HIV test at  28 day post exposure is 99.9% conclusive - I just tested negative 19 days post exposure with a generation 4 test, so how confident can I be that I'm ok?  Do I need to get tested again in 10 days to be sure of my status? ...... Thanks
