HIV Testing and Symptom

Hello, I have a question about HIV and the symptoms.  If i tested negative for HIV and four months later I got really bad muscle pains deep inside both of my thighs, is that a sign of the HIV infection? Also i felt a little swollen under my chin.  I'm really worried.  I did have a new partner after i got tested negative, however he was also negative. I know that sometime it takes time for infections to show up.  I havent felt any other symptoms such as headache, diarrihea, etc.  So anyone with mature answers only, can you please give me your opinion??? Also is post nasal drip related to this infection as well???

If you tested negative at 4 months it means you are 100% hiv negative.End of story.

even if you had another partner within those four months??? I kno HIV has a window period where sometimes you have to retest.
