HIV Tests

Sir / Madam,
I was negative after a 1 yrs and 6 months exposure, does i require another test,  a count level of 0.39 was reported this will keep on changing if go for another test, how many times i should go for the tests.  please advice me for god sake.

you are CONCLUSIVELY NEGATIVE.  you do not need further testing...you do NOT have hiv :)
