I had a question.. if cum were to be ejaculated on the outside of someone's ***, and then it dripped into the anus, and the person who came was HIV positive, would this be a high risk for infection?

This happened to me- there's no risk. You would have to have chafing or something for the semen to absorb into the bloodstream.

no risk.... transmission must happen inside, unprotected penetrative anal/vagina sex
