HIV Window Period Testing
I came across this site:

http://www.bccdc.ca/NR/rdonlyres/2982E293-BD82-436D-B193-F929B5CEEBEC/0/HIVTestinginBCResourceDocumentforHealthProfessionalsJune2010.pdf

It tells that 3 months is conclusive yet testing earlier with testing kits holds a certain level of accuracy around 4 - 6 weeks of possible exposure (Anti-body detection).

I just want to give light to this issue and if ever, may I the experts stand on this?

Thank you.
