HIV Worried

I had an encounter some 6 weeks before. I hugged her while naked many times. I inserted my finger into both her anal and vaginal areas but less than 20 to 30 seconds (anal even less than 5 seconds). I wiped the vaginal fluid on her upper leg while she was in a doggy position. I did not kissed her just touched my lips with her lips softly. No penetration of any kind and no blow job or licking. She gave me occasional handjob not consistently and gave me footjob for less than 30 seconds. Now I am worried because my penis head (urethra or glan) might have touched the vaginal fluid on her leg or she might have vaginal fluid on her hand if she wiped her leg or she fingered herself (I did not, however noticed that). Also, she had a lot of sweat on the sole of her foot (the massaging foot) and I am scared that she might have pushed with the pressure of her leg the vaginal fluid on my penis head deep into urethra. After 2 days of exposure, I had a bad throat and very small pimples or bristles inside my mouth near the bottom lips and I had four red relatively big pimples on my whole body. I did gargles with salt and pimples inside my mouth vanished. But they appeared a day later. My doctor gave me antialergy tablets, mouth wash, and antibiotics. After one day, the pimples in my mouth were gone and never appeared. After couple of days, the red bigger pimples on my body were also gone and my throat felt well. Apart from a different pain that starts from the right side of the throat and reaches my ear. It is still there. I had no fever, no flue, no night sweats, no rashes, etc. in whole of this period. I am scared of testing. I had a wife to whom I love a lot and I am still avoiding intimating her. Would you suggest testing? Can I resume with my wife without testing? In my region there is no modern testing methods available. I am worried. Please suggest a conclusive answer.
