HIV after giving unprotected oral sex on a man

Hello,

20 days ago I performed(I am a woman) on a man oral sex without protection, he ejaculated on my mouth and I shalowed.
The days after, when I realised what I done, I asked him about his medical status, he said that he is perfecly Ok, he cheks his blod every 3 months and 1 time every year for a general status because his boss ask for this. It is strange, there is no medical check at 3 months in the country that we live, except the HIV survey.
I can't trust him, I think he is HIV+ and so I am too after my ''activity'' on him. I am stressed, I am maried, I have 1 child and I will loose all.
My questions are:
1. I can go for a test these week, now we are 20 days after?
2. If he is HIV+ I can have the virus after performing oral sex on him in the descrubed conditions?

Sorry for my english, I am not native, I am stressed, I feel ruinated.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV. Human saliva contains enzymes and bacteria that render the virus inactive. (Unable to infect)

Swallowing his ejaculate is also not a risk.

Oral sex can, however, be a risk for other STD's and I would recommend you have a full panel done to test for these.

See your doctor or a health care clinic for appropriate testing windows.

Uh, Thank you for the answer.

Finally I can sleep, I have near 20 nights with only 3 ou 4 hours of sleep because I am really stressed.

I will go for a full detection for STD the weeks that will come. My 1st concern was HIV, for the rest I don't have any sign but this will not change my decision to have a full screen for STD.

I'm happy I was able to ease your mind regarding your HIV risk, but please do not postpone getting checked for the other STD's.

I will visit a center for STD detection during the next week(W11) and I will pay for a full detection. It is a promiss that I will keep. I will be back here with my results.
In the same time I promised to my God that I will never repet sexual experiments with others that my man.

I pried to God again after years and I will begin a better person after all this dark days and nights. I can t speak with anyone about this problem.
