HIV and Ear Infection

Hi. I had unprotected sex about 5 days ago and got an ear infection with swollen lymph nodes around my left ear 3 days later. To my knowledge I have not had a ear infection since I was a little kid. I think I am working myself up by reading the Internet but I read this can be a sign of possible HIV. I went to a walkin clinic and they confirmed a middle ear infection and gave me drops and some steroids yesterday which are helping the issue.  Is this true or would this be too early for symptoms, 2-3 days after unprotected sex. I plan on getting a blood test in 11 after but could this be an connection. The worrying on this is eating me alive. Thanks!

I'm more worried about the swollen lymph nodes. Would this be too early too be showing symptoms? Thanks for your help.

Ear infections have nothing to do with acute HIV.  Test at 4-6 weeks and again at 13 for a conclusive result due to unprotected sex
