HIV and Seberroheic Dermatitis

How long after being HIV infected do you actually have Seberroheic Dermatitis as a symptom??
Is it an early symptom or something that occurs after a minimum of few years??

I was very happy for the past 6 months without any worries having understood the assurance in this forum.
Today, I went to a dermatologist to show my scalp condition and it was then he mentioned this.
I came home and started to know about it through the internet and was freaked out to know its a symptom of HIV.

The oral conditions then, Bleeding gums and chapped lips while deep kissing the stripper came back to my mind, and i was really petrified about the ONLY such incident ever till date in my life.

I thought enough is enough and a HYPOCHONDRIAC like me should go and tested rather than fearing for each and everything.

I went and got tested and my LABCORP results for the test after 6 months of exposure are

HIV 1/O/2 abs index value --- >  <1.00
HIV 1/O/2 abs qual   ---- Non-Reactive

NEGATIVE
