HIV and other STD's

I realize that similar questions are asked of you, but I have searched the archives,, and my situation is a little different, so appreciate your input.
I was at a massage place 6 1/2 weeks ago. I had a massage, and then had hand job.
Afterwards the lady used a towel to clean up, it was a wet towel that she got from another room. Upon leaving I noticed on the table, a kleenex with red blotches on it. That freaked me out because it looked like blood, but she told me it was lipstick, and it would never touch me(she must have coughed into it or whatever)

I then did get anxious about the whole incident, so was tested, at 4 weeks for HIV, and other STD's, all negative. and 6 weeks HIV rapid negative and RPR negative.
I then developed a spot on the tip of my penis, that a dermatologist said is likely a tiny psoriasis plaque.
My questions are.
1) could I get any STD from a wet dirty towel, lets assume someone ejaculated  in it an hour before, and it was not cleaned well.
Noone else was in the massage place for at least a half hour.
2) Have you ever heard of anyone getting shypillis, trichomonas or HIV from a wet dirty (contaminated with semen) in towel.
3) Does a negative RPR totally exclude shyphillis after 6 weeks potential exposure.

There are many decades of folklore and myth about STD transmission via moist towels, shared intimate clothing (e.g., bathing suits), toilet seats, hot tubs, etc.  However, that's all it is, folklore and myth.  To my knowledge there has never been a documented case of such transmission of any STD, including HIV--regardless of ejaculation etc.  Can I imagine it happening, in theory?  Yes.  People also get hit by meteorites.

A negative RPR at 6 weeks excludes syphilis.

Bottom line: You have no worries about STD/HIV on account of your massage parlor adventure.
