HIV and protected sex

I've read through the forums and the feeling seems to be that protected sex is a zero-risk activity, yet I'd like to inquire on a scenario.
I'm a 23 y/o male with extremely limited sexual background, however each of my 5 sex experiences have been with a differant woman and each (aside from one with a girl who's been tested clean since) has involved a condom.

I've been experiancing swollen neck glands, rash, and low grade fevers and ongoing cough for months following an unexplained 104 degree fever this summer which required hospitalization for dehydration.  I've also noticed several pin-sized dots on my skin which either look like petechia or angiomas.  Also, my eyes have been noticably more jaundice after/while working out.

For years I've had swollen groin glands (which i never got checked out because I dont have healthcare or any money to speak of), and also I've been getting small cankor sores in my mouth, about 2 per year.

I've never done injection drugs.

Each time ive had sex it's taken me about 45 minutes to ejaculate, and ive realized that durring the sex act the inside of the condom gets very moist (before I ejaculate).  Is this normal?  Is this the penis sweating from being inside the condom, or could vaginal fluids get in there and expose me to STD's, moreso, would HIV be able to get in and travel down the length of my penis and into my tip?

I also performed oral sex on 4 of these women, one who I later found out was sleeping with a guy I knew to have used heroin (please dont yell, as i realise this forums stance on hiv transmission via oral sex as zero risk).

I have seen my doctor, and he didnt seem too concerned about any of this, and seeing how im uninsured, I cant keep getting new opinions.

As another side note, I've been extremely depressed for years (untreated), and have been told that I may have an iron deficiency.

Because I'm such a low low risk of aquiring HIV, does anyone know other conditions which could cause these symptoms.  I was tested for mono, and it was negetive.

One more thing if anyone is still on the forums.  Is it possible that sweat or saliva of another person falling directly into your nose could cause an infection?  I've had that happen to me several times while wrestling.

Wow thank you for the quick response.  I'd get tested to calm my fears, but I cant afford the gas to get to the planned parenthood place haha.

I'm just going to assume I have really bad allergies and bury my head in the sand.

Not an HIV concern and there is no forum that can diagnose you.
