HIV and semen on a cut?

Hi Doc, I was wondering if I got semen on my hand from masturbating someone else and I had small cuts on my fingers from torn cuticles, could I have caught HIV? (not sure if it was bleeding but it was a fairly small cut and had sperm on it)

Also, how at risk am I from mutual unprotected oral sex without ejaculation which lasted for about 5 minutes?

I am really paranoid as I believe I have been infected with HIV, however this is the only risky encounter I ever had and am not really sure of the other person's status....

Please help...I'm going crazy!

Thanks.

"Inserting a finger into someone's anus or vagina would only be an HIV risk if the finger had cuts or sores on it and if there was direct contact with HIV infected blood, vaginal fluids or semen from the other person. There might also be a risk if the person doing the fingering had HIV and their finger was bleeding."
