HIV and vitamin d relation

Hi, I got tested with HIV duo test on day 30 (after exposure with CSW, i was a virgin before)..came out negative.
Then again I had a hiv duo(serum) 4th Gen test on day 51..came out negative.
But I had muscle aches all over my body started some two weeks after exposure. I visited a doctor and got some blood tests done and it came out that the reason would be low level of VITAMIN D.
I am scared...The reason for being scared is pain in the groin area, pain under armpits(specially right one which seems to be swollen), neck area pain.... all these common with HIV.?
Can i rely on these tests....please help
I admit my decision abt CSW was not wise...
Is vitamin D deficient blood related to HIV infection...plus i have been taking lot of parecetemols and pain killers to get rid of the pain...nuthing has happend..

No your symptoms are not related to HIV. Lymph nodes do not cause pain in HIV infection. No, vitamin D deficient is not related to HIV.
