HIV anxiety/Should I be tested?

Hello
I'm 23 year old, and I made a terrible decision about a year ago from now.
About one year ago from today, I received a blowjob from a prostitute.
Nothing really happened except receiving that blowjob but couple days (about 3) later, I've noticed a little bump on near the side of my penis.
It didn't look like a syphilis chancre, and it was painless.
At the time of receiving the blowjob, I had no open scars or bleeding on my penis.
However, I still got really scared at this point and started to surf the web to figure out what this was.
Then I came across alot of HIV posts and got HIV anxiety ever since then.
Around 7~10 days after the incident, I got a little feverish (not that bad), sore throat, and had one episode of night sweat.
10 days after the incident, I went to a local clinic and consulted the doctor and got tested for various STDs and HIV. I also got ultrasound for the little bump on my penis.
All tests came out negative and the doc told me that the bump on my penis is a fibrosis or something and that I should not need to worry.
I was still not relieved from my HIV anxiety and about a month after, my throat became red.
It felt as if something was stuck behind my throat, and I needed to constantly clear my throat.
Things were worse in the morning, and after I ate my meal.
And upto this day, I still have this throat issue.
It still feels as if something's stuck in my throat, it feels rough and I want to clear my throat every couple minutes.
I haven't got HIV tested ever since the initial one because I am too scared to be tested to be honest.
Should I be tested?
Is chronic pharyngitis a symptom of HIV?
I need some suggestions to whether I should be worried, or should I be tested to ease my mind, or perhaps, if anybody know what might be the cause of this sensation on my throat.
Thank you for reading.

HIV related symptoms are similar to those due to other common infections and some of them are similar to those, due to anxiety. Therefore just ignore them, you were never at HIV risk as your were told already.

Insertive oral sex is NOT a risk for infection. Whatever is going on with you is not HIV

Oh yea and the little bump on the penis disappeared by itself in about a month.
It got smaller and smaller in size and eventually disappeared without any pain or scars.
