HIV anxiety making me sick

I'm a 20 year old trans woman and I met this guy on an app (I know so bad already) however we talked for a while and he seemed really normal. We eventually hung out and it lead to about 45seconds- one minute and some seconds of one time unprotected anal sex (me as the top/penetrator he told me he was HIV - ) however I'm not sure/I don't believe I even went completely inside, I didn't ejaculate inside of him and his ejaculation didn't go anywhere inside of me ever, regardless, I've been having crazy anxiety wondering what my risk is? If any at all, I'm so scared and really regretful. I plan on getting tested but I'd like to see what you guys have to say.

You had a very low level risk, especially as the insertive partner.  I do not expect you to seroconvert over this, but take a DUO test at 28 days just to be sure.
