HIV anxiety

DR HANSFIELD,
Below are my complete STD test results at 20.9 days (20 days 19 hours).  I believe the specific HIV tests were:
HIV Antibody Test With Reflex to Western Blot Confirmation (also known as an EIA test) &
HIV DNA Test by PCR With HIV Antibodies by ICMA

I have had some extreme anxiety (even after these tests) and my body feels like it may have some early hiv symptoms (weird feelings in my inner elbow and groin which I fear might be lymph node reaction).  I just took another HIV antibody test again (at 39 days) and result was negative.  Was the HIV DNA by PCR conclusive at 20.9 days?  I hope I am just imagining these things!!

Thanks.
