HIV anxiety

Hi guys, ever since I have had an incredibly low risk exposure with HIV as I volunteered to take care of HIV positive children in a pool where I did come in contact with them i.e hold them above the water levels so they didn't drown and also hug them, I have been worried because of my shaving cut earlier in the morning which took place approximately 3-4 hours before this and as they were kids they could have had small cuts or nicks which could have been bleeding, it has been so hard to move on with my life, I worry about every little detail and everything I do around my friends.. I even avoid kissing girls during parties since i think I might transmit HIV to them as well.I also came across where one of my friends (who is HIV positive) stabbed himself with a pen while he was playing around, and then accidently stabbed me (and arm was bleeding a tiny-tiny bit), are these real scenarios in any way of a risk, even if it is minimal? (i have posted about this, but in other words and this is truly what has happened)

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

ah I have posted about the pen incident already, however I do not get how a pen whether it has or doesn't have a hollow core like a needle (why does this matter), doesn't allow hiv to transmit if someone is stabbed with one, yet you can get hiv through tattoos and other stuff involving sharp edges like pens..

i still don't understand how being stabbed with a pen with hiv blood is a no risk, even though a needle stick injury is..

Do you think I should just get tested just in case, or would this be giving into my OCD issues and will cause me to have unnecessary fear as I really want to start having relationships again.

You have already been told several times that these scenarios are no risk.
