HIV concern please help

Hello
I'm still afraid of HIV, well few months ago I had an encounter with a guy who I don't know his HIV status, we did mutual masturbation and frottage (rubbing off dicks) , I wore a condom he provided it to me, but what if it was used before, I dunno my head is running wild, well he came first on my belly and chest, then he proceeded to masturbate me, I'm afraid that some of his cum was still on his hand, he touched the tip of my glans several times, also I'm uncut I've read that uncut men are more likely to get HIV, some say that is zero risk, others say is low risk, I called a hotline and I was told that if semen was involved then I was at risk, I think I'm obsessed with this and too scared, I think my life is over, I'm so sad and stressed

Hi there.  Please read your previous responses to your other questions found under 'your posts' of your home page.  What you describe is not a risk for HIV.  We wish you the best but there is nothing more to add to that, so we are closing this thread.

According to the specialists of this community, this kind of activity you described sr zero risk indeed. Don't worry.

Once the semen contacts the air the virus is disabled.

I hope others can confirm what I told you.
