HIV concern

I am a 25 year old male and I had unprotected sex with a girl from Costa Rica that I know nothing about except that she is 25 and moved here when she was 19. I got tested about a week and a half later for hiv and was negative. Still concerned, I went yesterday (11 weeks after exposure) to be tested again. My questions are: 1) is this long enough to get a 100% accurate result? 2) What are my chances of exposure?

1) 12 weeks is 100% but at 11 weeks your result will not chage.

11 weeks result if negative is very unlikely to change so you should get comfort from such a result.

Your exposure from being the insertive partner is very low indeed from a single exposure even if she is infected.
