HIV concern

I had cut my self at work on my finger, it bleed alot but stopped after sometime, I didnt put a bandage on it and a few hours later a co-worker of mine hurt himself pretty bad and was bleeding alot from his arm, so I helped him put a sleeve on it to stop the bleeding, he went to the hospital and was stitched up. When I went to clean my hands, I noticed there was alot of his blood on my hands and also on the cut a had gotten earlier. I dont know my co-worker well at all, so I am not saying he has hiv, but I am concerned though. Is there any risk of me contracting hiv this way if he was hiv+. Thanks.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
