for several years, however it is not a justification for what I have done as it is contrary to all my values. A part from this I am concerned about the health risk.
I received uprotected oral sex
. Here is the problem, my penis went soft and some of her liquid could have enter the condom, I am not sure.
5 days later I got a terrible itching to the top part of the penis. It was candida and my doctor has given me the right medication (1 pill of fluconazole) and now it is fine.
I am concerned about HIV transmission I think I will get tested after 6 weeks from meeting with the woman. This just to reduce my anxiety as the probability will be reduced and then I will get tested at 3 months and at 6 months.
Now here we go with the question:
Is candida meaning I got in contact with her fluid or could it be caused as a reaction to the use of the condom? Could I have got candida from the oral sex she performed on me? Does candida increase the risk of HIV transimission? How much should I be logically concerned after this event about HIV transmission?
You have no need to worry about this at all. The candida is very common, and you may have gotten it from her skin, from her mouth, it could be purely coincidence, or a reaction to the condom.
