HIV exposure

I had sex with a sex worker in Thailand on the final day of my holiday. I was wearing a condom. Shortly afterwards. Whilst still wearing the condom she briefing gave me oral sex whilst I was still wearing the condom. Shortly after this we kissed.

Having thought about this almost immediately after the incident happened. 4 days after I returned home I sat on the internet searching for details on symptoms. Around this time I had a sore throat which last for about 4-5 days, I put this down to the usual sore throat after the 12 hour flight home. However 2 weeks after returning home I started to feel slight tenderness and aching in my joints and in my knees. I regret initially looking up the symptoms because I then thought that I had a strange feeling under my armpits. About a week after this (about 3 weeks after contact) I noticed an ulcer on the roof of my mouth which has now become several ulcers, they are painless. I have had two negative HIV tests after 10 and 19 days, both times the doctor telling me that this is a very very low risk. After 24 days I saw another doctor who again advised that the risk is very low but said that the ulcers looks more like herpes (they also said they could not rule out syphilis) and I have been given some Aciclovir tablets for this. At 25 days now sometimes I feel fine in myself, sometime I feel fatigued. Also I now recall an occurrence of penile discharge which occurred a couple of days after I returned home.
Your thoughts on this please.

I'm glad you think so, and you pointed out that I had used a condom, but my concern is that the virus could transfer from the vagina to the condom to her mouth and then into my mouth when we deep kissed. Teak has already informed me that the is no chance of this.
What do you think?

Thank you very much for the replies.

Ok, last post, like I said earlier, my concern is that the virus could transfer from vagina to condom to mouth to mouth? I take it you both think that this is a very far fetched idea, right?

You can think whatever you like but as you were told you were never at risk. Protected sex is just that protected.

Thanks again, just noticed I also have white marks on the side of my tongue and inside my bottom lip, but its not just my mouth.

I'm also getting slight diarrhea and feeling of nausea (no vomiting). For the last three weeks or so I have been eating less than usual and I have lost some weight. feeling weak.  I wish I could be as confident about this as you. I really think it is HIV.

It has nothing to do with HIV.

Teak, thanks again for your comments. I must add that these ulcers are also towards the back of my mouth, they look like red blotches, some of them with a white outline around them. Can you be so sure that this is not HIV?
Is there no risk of the virus transferring from vagina to condom to mouth to mouth?

Thanks for your comments. A doctor has seen the ulcers and thinks that it looks like herpes.
