HIV fear..an exposure with a foreigner

Dear Docs,

I am from China, male, 27. Two days ago, I saw a girl from Philippine, 23.

Firstly, we kissed for like 10 to 15 seconds. And then I took off her shirts and bra, touched her breasts.

Then, she did me a hand job for like 5 seconds. I took off her panties and touched her ***** with my finger. I didn't insert my finger into her vagina but definitely with her fluids.

I took off my clothes and did the hand job myself, cum on her breasts at last.

We did not have oral sex or vaginal or anal sex, just kissing, hand job and ***** touch.

My English is poor, and i am still looking forward to your reply about my risk. Shall I go to a local CDC to test and when?
