HIV freak out

hey everybody i just want to clarify the resullts of my tests I am a 19 year old male living in california i may have had an exposure with a female i knew from highschool in the early weeks of january  i havnt had any unusual symptoms but i  decided to get tested anyway 23 weeks after my exposure (5 months) and it came back negative i was still freaked out so i asked her if she had been tested and she said she had the month before but i dont know how much i can believe her so i decided to get tested today 181 days after possible exposure (roughly 6 months) and it came back negative as well. Do i have anything to worry about or can i lay it to rest i asked dr. HHH and he said 3 months is conclusive but when i went in today right before i got my results the nurse looked really upest do you think she could have lied to me? both test were done at planned parenthood and were clear view 1/2 stat packs i appreciate any help in advance i just wanna lay this to rest... thank you

i just have one more question is two negative tests at 5 and 6 months enough to rule out the possibility of a false negative?
