HIV from Gonorrhea? +swollen lypmh nodes

Hello I am an 18 year old college student and I am a male. I contracted gonorrhea from another male about 8 weeks ago and immediately got treated...when I had the gonorrhea I had penile discharge but it is now gone and my doctor said that the gonorrhea was gone...so about a week after I was cured from the gonorrhea I noticed I had a swollen lymph node on the side of my neck...throughout the past 5-6 weeks they swollen lymph nodes would come amd go and thwy just returned today. When I had sex with the guy that gave me gonorrhea I only got his pre-cum/semen in my mouth. Im very worried about my lymph nodes because I heard that swollen lymph nodes could be a sign of HIV...someone please help I'm terrified!
