HIV from Unprotected Oral

Hi everyone. its been about 3 1/2 months since I had a "low risk" activity and only sexual activity I have ever had with another guy: receiving unprortected oral sex from another guy who I am not sure the status of, although before he performed on me, I flat out asked him about safety and he assured me that he had only been with two guys over the past 9 months.  One who was his boyfriend up until 3 weeks before I met him, and another in the period since then.  I trusted him as he told me where he worked, his name, where he lives, his car, etc...  He assured me he was clean, and even told me that you should never trust anyone and get tested every 6 months. He proceeded to give me oral for about 30 minutes and I came in his mouth, but he didn't swallow. (Just a note, I met him online).  I also jerked him off and got some precum on my hand, but no actual semen.  Directly following his leaving, I took the longest hottest shower of my life, scrubbing my genitals and body with soap and antibacterial soap.  

Ever since then, I have obsessed on having hiv.  I have not told anyone about it.  3 days later I went to Planned Parenthood and had an assessment (neg) but was told to come back in 3 months for an accurate result.  I have EXTREME anxiety about this, and go through periods of thinking its unlikely I have it, to periods where I am completely convinced I will test positive. I know the only way to know is by getting tested, but I have been having some symptoms recently that are alarming me.

Recently (id say the past 3- 4 weeks) I've been experiencing diarrhea as well as enlarged lymph nodes in my neck (with no pain).  I also have been feeling reflux and lots of gas and burping. I also have noticed more bruises on me than normal, small little green ones that have me worried as well.  I have been very very very nervous and anxious the entire time since the incident back in June.  I am not sure if maybe I am causing myself to see these symptoms, but I am very scared to say the least.  Do you think its likely that these symptoms are HIV? I don't feel tired, or lethargic or have any pains.  I have an appointment for Wednesday to get tested but just want to ask everyone their opinion.

I guess let me ask this then.  If it can't be HIV, What other viruses can make lymph nodes enlarge (without pain) and cause diarrhea and reflux for upwards of  a month?

Over risk of being yelled at for asking too many questions, just one more.  When someone gives you oral, can they be bleeding deeper into their esophogus than you can see and infected blood gets into your urethra that way, and thus infects you? I guess what I mean to say is, can friction caused by a penis on the walls of the esophogus or mouth cause enough bleeding to infect someone?

HAHA ok i get it... Can my symptoms be only from severe anxiety? Is that even possible for anxiety to do a number on your digestive tract and glands?

i want to thank everyone. i got tested and of course it was negative.  I feel I have learned a lot from this experience.  That said, today I had another experience and want to make sure I handled it in the best of ways.  (It was with the same guy as the previous post).  I kissed him for a while maybe a total of 30-40 mins, and got a blow job protected of course this time (20 mins).  And I blew him protected of course as well (20 mins).  Before putting the condoms on we were in the jacuzzi and i had his penis in my mouth for approximately 2 -3 seconds but there was no precum on it and i made sure to wipe it with hot water before this to make sure.  Is there any risks in what transpired? I don't think so but want to make sure I was as safe as possible.  Thanks everyone.

ok ok im moved on.. i was not really here to see if i was risky for HIV.  I was more asking if I was as safe as I possibly could have been? I feel like I was but wanted some feedback. lol  Thats what I mean I learned a lot from the experience.  

Also didn't mention I had a burn in my mouth that hasn't quite healed yet.  I know they say it could "theoretically" be transferred that way by kissing (not saying that happened lol).  Personally I trust the guy as I know a lot about him and been in touch for over 4 months, and this is the second time we've played around. He seems like he wouldn't lie about not having any stds.... I am not worried like last time.  I just want feedback that I was as safe as possible.  Thanks.
