HIV from contaminated toilet paper

A few days ago, I was in a bathroom in New York City. I used the toilet and then needed to wipe myself. Sometimes I bleed slightly around my anus, and I was bleeding at the time. This is possibly hemorrhoids, but I'm not sure.

I grabbed toilet paper and some of it accidentally dropped to the ground, hitting the side of the toilet and the floor. I noticed some wet spots on the ground, where the toilet paper touched. The wet spot was likely urine but it could have contained semen or blood as well. After the toilet paper hit the wet spot, I stupidly continued to use the toilet paper, wiping my anus, and surely hitting the bleeding spots.

My thinking is that the toilet paper touched the wet spot on the toilet/floor (i.e. urine, but possibly semen/blood) and it could have contained HIV. Then, I used the contaminated toilet paper on my anus, and it likely hit the bleeding spots. How fast does HIV die outside the body? I'm extremely scared and I can't stop thinking about this situation.

Teak, I see from your profile that you're an expert, but please explain this to me because I'm an idiot. What if the urine/blood/semen on the floor was HIV infected and it got onto the toilet paper and ultimately the open sore.

HIV is not transmitted outsided it's host.
