HIV from frottage, receiving oral sex, and deep kissing, fingering his anus

Hello, I received oral sex from a gay men, we did deep kissing, frottage, and I fingered his anus. I have rash all over my back body after 4-5 weeks until now. Could his anal fluid gets into my urethra during frottage? I am terrified and not sleeping anymore for almost 5 weeks. I tested myself at 29 days and its negative. I am literally dying... Please help me.....

THank you..
I had 6 weeks ag/ab Lab test done in Australia and it is NEGATIVE..... the doctor just called me.....
HIV is inactivated in air and saliva so the only risks from sex are unprotected anal or vaginal which you didn't have. You wasted your time testing for what is classified as air or saliva contact. Your doctor needs to educate himself.
Thanks, its me and the anxiety.... I didn't tell the doctor about why i am getting tested.... I just walked in, and asked fo the test as my anxiety and disbelief is killing me.... Now i can move on... I hope i wont experience HIV anxiety again....
You need to consider all the other diseases you can actually catch like TB from someone on a bus, but don't waste a minute going through "what-if I get TB" scenarios, and use that logic to forget about this one that you can't even catch.
Thanks again...... yes the what ifs almost killed me.... i hope i wont put myself into such situation again....... thanks that medhelp is here and you knowlegeable people....
You didn't put yourself into any danger situation so you don't have to do anything different.

Rationalizing your imagination is your only issue..
Thanks.. I am now back to normal......
