HIV from open blood?

fb1
Somebody has broken into my car and there was high amount of broken glass everywhere inside the car on top of the seats. There was also some amount of blood on the shattered window glass pieces inside the car, so it looks like the person has actually cut himself while trying to put his hands inside from the broken window!! As I was trying to clean up the glasses,i realized I had 2 very litlle tiny cuts on top of my fingers caused from the tiny broken glass pieces. When i squeezed, i saw some little blood coming out from the cuts.I know this may sound funny but I am just paranoid about is as this totaly somebody else's blood on the glass and who knows who he was!!  Question- if this person has any kind of disease, say HIV-AIDS, would I be effected by any chance since he had blood on the glasses? please help me!!
