HIV from possible being bitten?

Hello, I am new here and I would like to know something.
I went to a strip club a few days ago and my shirt was removed by one of the strippers. I do not remember exactly what happened but when I looked at myself in the mirror today I saw some red marks around my collar bone. If these marks are from a bite, is there a possibility of transmission? I noticed some slight abrasion(possible scratch) of about 1mm which was not deep at all, does that increase the risk? Another thing I would like to know is if bleeding gums would be a factor.

Also, I do remember that she licked near my breasts but do not remember being bit. I was not intoxicated at the moment, so I would think I would notice a bite which would leave a bruise. I ask this just in case I was bit.

Is testing necessary if I would like to develop a relationship with someone? I had been checked prior to the incident and was negative, but I am just worried. Not as much for my health but for the health of others,
