HIV from public toilet

Hi,

I was masturbating at public toilet ..in between my underwear fallen on floor, after finished i dressed up and went on seat. letter i thought i should have checked floor if it has anything..i went back and saw dried semen there.. can it be risky situation if someone masturbated before me and semen came into underwear ??

Even if the semen contains HIV virus, the virus can not in the open air, i mean outside the human body. So the virus become inactive and will not infect you. Please stop thinking about HIV.

but i read on CDC site that,
drying of HIV-infected human blood or other body fluids reduces the theoretical risk of environmental transmission to that which has been observed–essentially zero.

but what if semen wet state ?

In a public toilet?There is NO Hiv risk at all from what you describe but you could have waited till you got home.It's not like you had the trots or the runs.
