HIV from toilet water?

I may be overreacting a little. But I used the public bathroom at my college and had a cut on my butt/rectum...whatever you want to call it. And the water splashed up on it. There was no blood or anything in the water, it was clear. I know thats why theyre called 'sexually' transmitted diseases. You cant get HIV from that can you?
