HIV from unprotected oral sex

Hi,

I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker it lasted for 20-30 seconds. I am not sure if she had bleeding gums. After oral sex i used a condom and had vaginal sex and i got small cut on my penis because of friction. 5 days after the encounter, i had runny nose fever and some red bumps on my penis. Doctor diagnoised it as resperatory track infection and for penis infection, he prescribed some antibiotic cream. It improved after taking medication. Again after 3 weeks of encounter, small blisters occured on the penis. It got cured after applying anti-fungal cream for 5 days. Afer 5 weeks i again got runny nose followed by cough.I got tested HIV negative at 5 and 8 weeks (standard antibody testing). It is going to be 3 months now, and i have again got runny nose and fever.

1. Is there a chance of getting HIV from the above encounter?
2. Can the test be negative because of taking immediate medication, so that body couldnot generate enough antibodies even after 8 weeks.

Thanks for your reply and for you patience for constantly answering the queries from all the users. Just for my knowledge can you say which one is a proper test. How reliable is PCR test?

Western Blot was not the correct test, but you didn't need testing. It was a waste of money.

Thanks for your reply. I am really scared since past 3 months as i got all the health disorders after the above encounter. Do i need to go for another HIV test after 3 months, just to be on a safer side. Which test do you suggest, as i have seen you commenting Western Bolt is not a proper test. The test that i did was a Western bolt from a private clinic and second was some other antibody test which included 3 tests for HIV1 and HIV2, it was by NACO, a govt funded org.

Please reply.
