HIV from urine

can you contract HIV, If some amount of urine from an infected person enters in your anus? And especially when you have anal ulcer problem.

You cannot acquire HIV from urine.  Period.  It begs the question though how urine might be entering your anus.  If you are allowing someone to enter your anus without benefit of a condom, then urine is not a risk, but you are still engagng in a very risky activity.  unprotected anal intercourse is a very risky activity.  Use condoms for anal/vaginal intercourse until you are in a mutually monogamous relationship with someone who is conclusively negative.
