HIV high risk, can be false negative?
I had unprotected sex about 5 years back with CSW with unknown status in Vietnam.

Since about half year ago, I have been having symptoms same as AIDS.

- Lymph nodes, Dizzy, Diarrhea, Vomit, Fungal infection, weight loss...

A week ago I went to a Private lab to have blood test. (They have 4 types of test: ELISA, Axsym MEIA, Western Bloot, PCR).

I chose two cheaper tests and result both negative.

- HIV 1/2 ELISA: Negative
- HIV 1/2 M.E.I.A:  0.27<1 Negative

1. After 5 years post risk, can I believe these only 2 tests?
2. My country is poor, are the tests old method? can they detect all type of HIV? I read on the net that rare group can't be detected by old tests.
3. Since I'm very concern about my symptoms that are very same as AIDS. is there any chance this can be false negative due to too weak health, weak antibody under detectable?
4. What tests should I take to make sure 100%? Other two method (Western Blood, PCR)???

Please help me!!!!

I follow the manufactures and the FDA guidelines. You don't have HIV and no it doesn't happen after that length of time unless you had another exposure.

By the way you didn't take two differen tests. The MEIA and ELSIA test are one of the same.

Same?
In the lab price list. Elisa is cheaper than MEIA.
I chose MEIA and in the result I got two like I post above.

You don't have HIV.  It's impossible that you would not have produced detectable antibodies in 5 years.  You need to let this go.  If you can't, get some help.

It's possible, there are case studies that some people tested Negative antibody. I think you all also have heard about it.

Wrong--a DUO or RNA have nothing to do with antibody detection--they look for the virus itself so your delayed theory is going no where fast.
