HIV in Thailand from Menstrual Blood?

Hey, I recently  had sex with a woman in Thailand, not a sex worker by any means. She worked at one of the Universities I was attending and was a friend of some other friends of mine. We got drunk after a night out, and ended up having protected sex for what was no more than a couple of minutes before I realized that the condom broke and there was menstrual blood on my penis. I am not sure how quickly the condom broke, but lets just say I was unprotected for a couple of minutes, at most. I went into the bathroom and washed it off and she was shocked about it, and did the same. I know Thailand is a little more prevalent than in other places, so of course I got the normal anxiety that most men do. I am unaware of her HIV status and I know this is an awful rationalization, but she does not seem like the premicuous type at all and seems very careful and conservative about her sex life. But in theory, I would still like to know what my chances are given IF she was HIV+ and I was exposed to menstrual blood, what my chances are of contracting it would be. Thanks

Test at 3 months post exposure. The broken condom gave you enough risk to test. Can't give you  a number.
