HIV in Vaginal Fluids vs Cervical Fluids?

Eight months ago, i had unprotected (i think) sex with a hooker who i believe was an african immigrant (in Europe)
It was in a brothel (i believe a legal one) in Spain, but am unsure about the testing situation over there.
I was high and so i was unable to become erect.
I therefore, even upon insertion, only penetrated about 1'' inside of her.
We gave up on the idea of sex then a minute or so later (this only would have lasted 1/2 mins)

I have heard cervical fluids are worse than vaginal fluids for carrying a virus?Is there much in Vaginal fluids?
Due to this, would me not being deep inside her lessen my chance of catching anything off her?

I have had a sinus infection for a long time lately, this kind of scared me back into thinking about this incident..
