HIV in field?

Good Afternoon People!

I took my dog out for a walk today, and while we ere running through the field, I felt a sting at like a hand span down my knee. Since we were runing, I first didnt stop, but than I say that point slightly bleeding so we stopped and went back to check what pricked me.

It may be some sort of a plant, wild grass, debris, spine etc. How ever I'm a bit worried it may have been a syringe, I checked but couldn't find one but since we were running, and it was a huge field I cant make sure.

So I want to learn, if it was some sort of syringe that pricked me am I under a risk? How long does HIV survive inside a syringe, I'm so worried.
