HIV martial arts

Hallo. I am doing martial arts. I read about some cases of HIV transmission during bloody fight. Somtimes during training I hit and hurt my oponent and it once resulted in small bloody spot on my hand. Despite I hit him in the teeth, skin on my hand was intact and I cleaned it with soap. No sign of cut or scratch. Is there any chance that some small leasion that might bee a result of blow in the teath and I did not notice it could transmit HIV or hepatitis? I know that I am paranoid and so I am seeking resurance from you. Thank you very much for any answer.

That was not enviromental contamination case. That was fresh blood on "itact skin". I know that blood on itact skin is not considered as risk but. A examined skin on my hand witha magnification glass an did not find any scratch or wound. I am only little concerned abot that I might have some microscopic scratch or leasion from the blow in the opponents teeths and I am asking If that is enought for catching dissease. I thing that it is not but I will be more reasured if you have the same opinion.

2. That guy was young and definitevely not IDU and does not have tatoo or havent been in prison so I dont thing that he might have HCV

NO Need for an HIV test. HCV is much more prevalent than HIV. There is more risk of contracting HCV from environmental surfaces. That said, I don't believe you are at risk. Some may disagree on the HCV risk.

So can I consider safe and there is no need for testing (no other risk factors) ?

I have practiced martial arts for the last 20 years, I have never been concerned about HIV or HCV in that environment.Unless you are a vampirous MORTAL COMBAT character who executed a flawless victory over KANE, and are ordered to FINISH HIM by biting off his head and dining on his blood, there is absolutely NO RISK to you. It doesn't transmit in that manner.
