HIV on a cotton ball

My 1 1/2 yr old found a cotton ball that had dried blood on it at the DR. office and she put it in her mouth. I don't know long  it had been sitting out and she had it in her mouth for probably 20 secs is there any chance for her to be HIV infected? I don't know if the cotton ball had HIV blood on it or regular blood but im paranoid about it.

once exposed to air, hiv becomes INACTIVE and UNABLE to infect.  your daughter had NO risk and testing is not needed.
