HIV or Anxiety

I have been getting random symptoms like tiny white spot on my tonsils..i looked at the back of my throat i also notice tiny red bumps..is that normal?? as i have never looked that far in my mouth..i brush my toungue everyday. at the left side of my tonsile i also noticed a white lump..any way moving on..i have been experiencing random pinch like pain at random points on my body..left armpit,left foot, random hot flashes on my right hand..and a small lump on my vein underneith my penis..just where my ball sack begins..it disappeared and now i have a bean like thing just under my jaw next to my right ear..its painless and cant really notice it..unless i stretch my skin..i work in afghanistan at a military base, my left eye twiched for like 2 days then stopped....my sternum was aching but i realised that i have been working out too hard as i have increased my weight lifting ratio..also noticed that i have been feeling kind of wierd at my back..at the kidney regions...my urine kind of stink in the morning..i drink plenty of water in the during the day but i also take bodybuilding suppliments b4 i sleep after work out..i stopped taking the suppliments but still noticed my pee stinks!! was tested 2 months(8 &1/2 weeks) after sexual intercourse and the result came negative for HIV1 & 2 and hepatitis C..could this be anxiety??...i had sex with 3 females all used protection. i have been perfectly healthy before..am 26 years old..no kids. the sudden eruption of all these symptoms are feaking me out. i work every single day no off days for a minimum of 12 hours..could this be the reason?? all the symptoms are gone except my node on my right side of my neck and the white lump below my left tonsil...pls advice...im really freaking out!!

i saw the medic today...remember im in afghanistan and at a military base..thus just basic medical facilities..she checked out swollen neck node...its not painful and moves..u can barely see it..but i hav had it for a month now..i am really scared...i cannot concentrate at anything right now....a friend of mine just emailed me and told me she had a nightmare that i had died...hearing that from her has raised my stress levels to the roof..the medic advised me when i go on my next vacation feb 2011..i should get myself checked...honestly whats a man to do??

if I had some masturbation and I received oral from a + guy,,, no penetration,, should i consider my situation 0% dangerous?
and just test when my anual check?

I have had almost all of the same symptoms you have had. Pain under right jaw about 2 weeks after potential exposure. Pain in center of chest at sternum. Pain in kidney area. Strong urine odor. Now have oral thrush with small sores in my mouth. Lost 8 to 10 pounds.Tested negative with OraQuick at just over 5 weeks from possible exposure. Had blood work taken at 6 week mark and should get results in a few days. I am scared and haven't slept more than 2 hours at a time in days.

I had supposed protected sex with a CSW in an Asian Spa 6 weeks ago. I am not positive if the condom was intact when the CSW removed it. 

Hope you get good results. I think I am screwed. Too many things going wrong.
