HIV or anxiety attacks?

I received unprotected anal for 5 minutes on Thursday. I got a fever later night. Had nothing between Saturday and Monday. Now feel uneasy, again, with feelings of warmth, lack of sleep and minor sweats. I cannot tell if the possible HIV is making me feel warm (doesn't show up as fever) or anxiety. It's all I think about. Perhaps both? I'm so worried right now. I apparently have had mini anxiety attacks around the two doctors I have seen.

That has nothing to do with HIV. HIV testing as I outlined above.

I took a test, everything was negative. My protein levels in my urine were a little off, though.

I will make sure of that from now on. I won't ever be participating in that type of sex again, either. It was merely part of a phase I went through. When should symptoms show, if they do at all?

Alright. Honestly, I think I should get tested for anxiety disorder. This isn't the first time that I have panicked like this. I did some reminiscing, and I have had similar episodes in the past. I used to make myself terrified of driving, because I saw the aftermath of a horrible wreck when I was 8. I also read about how powerful anxiety is to the body. It can affect your entire system.

Symptoms if one gets do not come on that early, and overall symptoms are useless because they are generic and connected to many things. DUO test at 28 days followed by a antibody test at 3 months.

USE CONDOMS.
