HIV outside human body

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am wondering how long HIV could survive on a surface of a condom on a room temperature. Does it die as soon as the condom dries (within few minutes) or it remains infectious for additional amount of time? Also, does it make any difference if there is a lube (water or oil based) present.

Thanks to all of you in advance.

Sounds more like a parasite than a Virus to be quite honest.

Are you saying that it would die within several minutes once outside the human body regardless the presence of the lube or something else?

Does it become inactive once the body fluid dries up or once it gets out of the body? Any difference if the lube is present?
