HIV paranoia

Hi Dr. , i would like to thank you in advance for answering my question. I am a 28 year old male. On Oct 12 i had sex with a female csw in las vegas, i recieved unprotected oral for a couple minutes (no ejaculation ) and then continued to have protected sex. While having vaginal sex i heard the condom snap, i pulled out within 3 seconds.
The lady assured me she doesnt have hiv, but i did not completly believe her. I was paranoid.
I Got a base test done inmediatly on oct 16 (rapid finger ) it came back negative.
Oraquick oral swabs week 2,3,4,5,6 negative.
Rapid finger week 6 negative.
Oralquick oral swab week 7,8,9,10,11,12 negative
Rapid finger 89 days after exposure negative
Oraquick week 15,17 negative

I am being paranoid about my tongue, its white and my doctor said it is NOT thrush. Now i am reading about hairy leukoplakia and have become.paranoid about that. I use a tongue scrapper and it works. Then my tongue becomes white throughout the day. I pay close attention to it. I also have tonsil stones.

1) With consideration to my risk and many test i have taken is it fair to say that i am without a doubt hiv negative?
2) What about my tongue , is it just me being paranoid and having anxiety ?

Thank you
