HIV period

Recently I did my blood test after my 3 months exposure and it came back negative except for gonorrhea because my doctor told me that there is no test for this particular std..however i did a wisdom tooth surgery twice, one is 3 weeks and the other one is 1 week before i went for my blood test. will this surgery affect my test results? Plus on top of that my dentist prescribed me with medicine like painkillers, antibiotic and anti swelling pills and a liquid medicine to wash my mouth...I am sorry but i cannot seem to remember the actual drug name and i only describe base on their purpose.

There was she touch my glans while showering, and at the time she was cleaning her private part with water before touching my glans and at times she left the shower water hose in between her thighs and the water hose head was facing and spraying towards her private part. so am i at any risk base on the above information etc gonorrhea? because she also use the same shower water hose to wash my penis and glans?

3 months is the conclusive time frame for a HIV testing. Medication is not going to affect the window period.
